Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Certixs, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including individual users and organization accounts.
Description of Service
Certixs is an AI-assisted drafting tool that reads uploaded engineering prints and supplier certificates and generates draft Certificates of Conformance. Certixs is a drafting aid only — it does not replace the judgment of a qualified quality engineer or authorized signatory.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for: • Reviewing all AI-generated output for accuracy before use • Ensuring all generated certificates are verified by a qualified person prior to being submitted to any customer, government agency, or third party • Uploading only documents you are authorized to use • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including export control laws (ITAR, EAR) where applicable
No Warranty on Generated Output
Certixs makes no warranty, express or implied, that generated certificates are accurate, complete, or compliant with any specification, standard, customer requirement, or regulatory obligation. All output must be independently reviewed and verified before use. You assume full responsibility for any certificate submitted under your company's name.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Certixs and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of generated output, including but not limited to: rejected shipments, audit findings, contract penalties, regulatory violations, or customer disputes. Your use of this service is at your own professional risk.
Payments and Billing
Certixs offers pay-per-cert credit packs and monthly team subscriptions. All payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual Property
The Certixs platform, software, and branding are owned by Certixs and its operators. Generated certificate content is derived from your uploaded documents and is considered your output — we make no claim of ownership over certificates generated from your materials.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon deletion, your encrypted certificate data will be permanently removed.
Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States applicable to agreements made and performed entirely therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users outside the United States, local mandatory consumer protection laws may also apply.
