Built for the Way
Shops Actually Work.
Certixs isn't a generic AI tool. It was designed on the shop floor, built around real engineering prints and supplier certs — and it understands the difference.
How It Works
Upload Your Router
The router is your job traveler — it tells Certixs the purchase order, part number, customer, quantity, and job number. This is the only source for header data in the final cert.
Upload Your Engineering Print
The print defines every requirement the part must meet — material specs, process callouts, hardware inserts, tolerances, and revision history.
Upload Your Certs
Add every material cert, process cert, and hardware cert. Certixs reads each one and cross-references it against the print's requirements.
Review Discrepancies
If any requirement on the print doesn't have a matching uploaded cert, Certixs stops and reports every missing cert before generating anything.
Export Final Cert
Once all requirements are verified, Certixs generates a fully formatted Certificate of Conformance — with traceability IDs pulled directly from each source cert.
Built for Compliance,
Not Convenience.
Zero Assumptions
Every requirement on the engineering print starts as UNVERIFIED. The only thing that moves a requirement to VERIFIED is an uploaded supplier certificate whose contents explicitly support it. Training knowledge, industry standards, and common sense are never used as evidence.
“If it's not in an uploaded cert, it doesn't go in the output.”
Catches What You Miss
If any requirement is missing a cert — wrong spec number, wrong revision, wrong material grade, missing hardware cert — Certixs stops and lists every discrepancy before generating anything. Not one. All of them.
“Full discrepancy report before a single line is drafted.”
Every ID Verified
Lot numbers, heat numbers, and cert IDs are extracted character-by-character from the primary data block of each source cert. No borrowing IDs between certs. No pulling from headers or shipping labels. Zero tolerance for transcription errors.
“Each entry gets its ID from its own cert and only its own cert.”
Exact Alphanumeric Match
Spec numbers and revision letters must match the print exactly unless a known supersession applies. Revisions are never inferred or assumed — if the revision isn't physically on the cert, it's omitted. Compound spec identifiers are captured verbatim, left to right.
“No fabricated revision letters. Ever.”
Right Cert for the Right Requirement
Material requirements can only be verified by material certs. Process requirements by process certs. Hardware requirements by hardware certs. A process cert that incidentally references a substrate material does not constitute a material cert.
“No cross-category verification allowed.”
You Stay in Control
When a discrepancy is found, you decide how to proceed. Acknowledge it with Override and Certixs generates the cert using only what's verified — any unverified requirement is excluded entirely. No placeholders, no fill-in, no assumptions.
“Override acknowledges the gap. It doesn't fill it.”
